M020 Min Max Missing Method: Rough Estimates
This workshop teaches an effective technique for making rough estimates of how much
work will be required to complete a software development project.
The Min Max Missing Method was developed by Robert Sabourin of AmiBug.Com, Inc. as a simple
technique to generate reasonable rough estimates for software projects.
These estimates can be used to help make the "Go/No Go" decision as early as possible.
Min Max Missing is also known as the M3 approach.
